The staff will give out warnings at their discretion based on the severity and frequency of rule violations
Multiple warnings could result in longer bans
Everyone will be given a fair chance and the ability to talk to the staff the next operating day about imposed penalties in order to explain their side of the story
All customers are responsible to know the rules of conduct and act accordingly
_| Rules of Conduct
Be courteous of other customers
Respect all of our equipment
No profanity under any circumstances
No violence will be tolerated (physical or verbal) including horseplay
Surfing inappropriate items (such as porn) will not be tolerated
All outside food may not be eaten at our PC/console stations and must be kept in the front lobby at our tables
Stealing will result in an automatic and permanent ban
CGA reserves the right to refuse service to anyone
Any request by the staff should be considered a rule and if not followed will result in a penalty (ie: to turn down the volume)
_| Penalties
Warnings - may or may not be given and are at the discretion of CGA personnel and staff
Same day suspensions - you will be asked to leave and may return the next day if you are prepared to follow the rules
Short to Long Term suspensions - you will not be allowed back on the premises for a duration of time (in weeks, months or years)
Permanent ban - easily avoidable so stay away from this one at all costs! You will never be allowed back in the store & all remaining time on accounts and timecodes will be forfeited with no refunds under any circumstances
